These terms apply when you access KVA Supplies, create an account, view the private catalog, or submit an order.
Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the website, comply with applicable requirements, or address misuse.
Research use only
Every product offered through this website is classified for laboratory and research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption and are not for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. You are responsible for lawful purchase, storage, handling, and use by appropriately qualified personnel and facilities.
Catalog information and orders
Product descriptions, availability, images, pricing, and delivery estimates may be corrected or updated. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or canceled when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be completed, fulfillment is restricted, or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed. Any amount collected for a canceled order will be handled through the original payment method as appropriate.
Payments, shipping, and returns
Payments are processed through the payment method presented during checkout. Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund handling is described in the Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns Policy.
Prohibited activity
